Unusual is usually unusually usual.
The things we call strange don’t stay strange for long. Shock wears off. Edges dull. Repetition has a way of sanding down what once cut sharp. A new habit, a wild idea, even the pain you swore you could never carry—give it enough time and it slips into routine. What once rattled your bones becomes background noise.
That’s the lie of “normal.” It isn’t truth. It’s just endurance. Survive something long enough and you’ll call it life. Settle into it deep enough and you’ll defend it like tradition. We don’t tame the unusual—we just repeat it until it passes for truth.
But here’s the problem—normal isn’t always good. Sometimes it’s just the unusual you’ve been tricked into accepting. The unbearable disguised as familiar. The cage you stopped shaking because you forgot the door was ever there—let alone open.
So now the unusual is usually unusually usual. And if that’s the case, maybe it’s time to stop mistaking the unusual for the usual and start asking whether the life you’re living is really yours… or just the unusual you got used to.
Until next time,
Stay safe. Make good choices. And as always, stay kinky My friends.
