Rules for Beginning Dominants: No Bullshit Allowed

Finding your footing as a Dominant isn’t a walk in the park. I’ve seen too many well-meaning people crash and burn—rushing, faking it, or missing the basics. If you want a real connection, here are the non-negotiables.

Rule #1: Don’t be a jerk.
Confidence isn’t shouting louder or barking orders. It’s about being solid, grounded, and real. Your submissive can smell fake from a mile away. So drop the tough-guy act and just be you. Even if you’re figuring it out as you go—honesty beats arrogance every damn time.

Rule #2: See Rule #1.
Yep. That simple.

Rule #3: Listen. Watch. Know.
Being a Dominant isn’t just about telling someone what to do. It’s about reading every twitch, every hesitation, every breath they don’t say out loud. Patience is a weapon—trust isn’t handed out like candy. Move slow, learn fast, and never force what isn’t ready.

Rule #4: Respect your submissive—the whole damn person.
This isn’t about toys and commands only. It’s about real people with real feelings, boundaries, and dreams. Objectify? Sure. But only when the trust is built like a fortress. Otherwise, you’re just a bully with a whip.

Rule #5: Safety isn’t negotiable.
Physical, emotional—both matter. If you’re clueless about safety, get schooled before you play. Pushing limits without care isn’t dominance—it’s reckless abuse. Check in. Know the ropes. And don’t be the asshole who ruins it for everyone.

Rule #6: Build character or get out of the way.
Respect and admiration aren’t gifts you demand—you earn them every damn day. Own your shit. Be consistent. Be humble. The strongest Dominants I know don’t need to prove a thing—their presence commands.

Rule #7: Humility is power.
Submission is a vulnerable, raw commitment. Meet it with the respect and gravity it deserves. Being a Dominant isn’t about control alone—it’s about serving the person who’s handed you their trust.

Rule #8: Learn or get left behind.
Nobody’s perfect. The best Dominants are the ones who keep growing, keep listening, and keep improving. Be open to feedback—especially when it stings.

Rule #9: Lead with heart and clarity.
Power without empathy falls flat. Communicate clearly. Care deeply. Lead with strength and understanding.

Rule #10: Enjoy the hell out of it.
This lifestyle is a wild, rewarding ride—if you’re present for it. Celebrate the connection, the trust, the madness. Explore with respect. And don’t forget to have fun while you’re building something real.

But that’s just one Dom’s opinion.

Until next time,
Stay safe. Make good choices. And as always, stay kinky My friends.
